5th Grade Theme: Being a Healthy Pre-Teen (for one’s Sexual Health)

  • Lesson 1: Decision Making 102: Who Am I? – Students establish classroom expectations and review steps in the decision-making process.

  • Lesson 2: Change is a Natural Occurrence for All of Us (puberty review) – Students review common changes that occur during puberty and identify websites that contain medically- accurate information about puberty for 6th graders.

Students review signs and symptoms of pregnancy.
